This position is placed at our office in Stockholm where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work partly from home. You will be reporting directly to Country manager
About the role
We are now looking for a Sales agent to drive our telesales operations in Sweden. As a Sales Agent, your primary focus will be on consultative sales—helping pet owners make informed decisions about their insurance needs. You will work closely with the country manager to launch and develop the in-house telesales function, continuously improve the sales process, experiment with new approaches, and explore innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

In this role, you will:
- Handle mainly warm inbound consultative calls, guiding pet parents in choosing the right policy
- Develop and refine the telesales strategy and process, leading projects to optimize sales processes and explore new channels
- Continuously enhance our sales approach, ensuring a friendly, trust-driven, and consultative experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to drive data-driven improvements in sales and service
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, advisory roles or B2C sales or a related field, (experience in insurance, fintech, or pet-related industries is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish (additional language skills in German or French are a plus)
- A passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy
- A self-starter with great problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment
