This position is placed at our office in Stockholm where we apply a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home. You will be reporting directly to Head of Customer Success & Claims.
About the role
As a Customer Operations Handler, you’ll play a dual role, working across both Claims Handling and Customer Support, ensuring pet parents have a seamless experience when they need us most. You’ll be the empathetic voice of Lassie, guiding our customers through their claims and resolving their inquiries with care and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Process and evaluate customer claims, ensuring accuracy and fairness in decision-making.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, delivering top-notch support.
- Assist pet parents with understanding our policies and coverage, providing clarity and reassurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys and claims workflows.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our systems to support seamless operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, claims handling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish (additional language skills in German or French are a plus).
- A passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and a good eye for detail.
- Practical experience as a veterinary nurse in the field of small animal medicine as well as a completed veterinary medicine degree are a plus.
